Payment

EggsAct Pty Ltd accepts payment by PayPal (credit card or PayPal account), direct deposit and cheque.

Postage

We aim to post the EggsAct kit to you within 24 hours of receiving payment except on weekends or public holidays.

International orders

International orders take approximately 2 weeks for delivery.

Returns

Your satisfaction with your kit is very important. If you have any complaint about the kit, please contact us.

In the unlikely event that the kit has been damaged during transit, you will need to take photos and send them to us within 3 days of receiving the kit. We will pay for the return postage cost and you will get a replacement after we receive the returned kit.

Warranty

The EggsAct microscopes are quality, precision instruments with a one year warranty. You may therefore return any faulty microscope for repair within one year of purchase in order to receive a replacement. Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence (misuse, accident, improper care or modifications). You will need to pay for the cost of return postage.
